Gilford, New Hampshire

The newly completed 75 unit TownePlace Suites by Marriott located in Gilford Common in Gilford, NH, at the intersection of Route 3 & 11A. Groundbreaking ceremonies were held at the site on July 9 and an early Summer 2009 opening is expected.

CLD Paving was selected to fine grade the area and install binder and finish course on this project. This project is representative of the extensive grading and paving capabilities at CLD Paving. TownePlace Suites by Marriott is an affordable “home away from home” where guests can settle into a comfortable, homelike routine for less than other hotel options. The longer they stay the less they pay.
